Gift Voucher Terms

By purchasing or using a ROCA Gift Voucher, you agree to the following terms:

1. Validity Period
   ROCA Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

2. Redemption
   Vouchers are redeemable in person only at ROCA restaurant and may be used for food and beverages up to the value specified.

3. Non-Refundable / No Cash Value
   Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other monetary equivalent. No change will be given.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   ROCA is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced vouchers, and these will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

5. Bookings Recommended
   To ensure availability, we recommend making a booking and informing staff of your voucher at the time of reservation.

6. Partial Use
   Vouchers can be used across multiple visits, with the remaining balance recorded after each redemption. A minimum of $50 must be redeemed per visit.

7. Non-Transferable
   Vouchers are not transferable and must be used by the holder named on the voucher if issued to a specific person.

8. Right to Refuse
   ROCA reserves the right to refuse redemption of any voucher that appears fraudulent, altered, or ineligible.
